If Rita's Alterations and Repairs is another name for Diya’s Creation & Alteration they took a job for me for a week and 4 weeks later they had not even started on it. Diya’s Creation & Alteration gave me a run around, did nothing and even lost two large embroidered patches I left with them. Diya’s Creation & Alteration sucks.

I've been going to Rita's for several years now and the staff are very friendly and attentive. They have gone out of their way to get a job done urgently for me on several occasions. It's always a pleasure to walk into their shop and be met with friendliness. These ladies are hard workers and I've never seen them sitting around. I Highly recommend them.

I will not be going back to Rita alterations again!!!!! The lady that served me was rude and had no customer service skills at all. In three occasion I been served by this lady and every time she is nasty and rude!!! Unfortunately the owner is a very nice lady, shame her staff. Will never go back there and will not be recommending this business to anyone

I needed a wedding dress altered pretty quickly so took it to Ritas. Other local services were not able to do my alteration until the folliwing week. Sally did my dress in less than 24 hours and i was very happy with the result. I was contacted after leaving the store because there was an issue with the hemline from a previous alteration,, Sally consulted with me on this issue and gave me my options.
i would highly recommend Ritas, they were friendly and extremely efficient.

mmmm . . . what can l say? they fixed a zip on my shorts & two weeks later it broke! I took it back to them and was told that l'd have to pay full price again for them to fix it as they don't offer a warranty service!
