I found they were a lot more interested in communicating with my husband instead of me, being female.
The installation was quick and efficient and the employees who installed the unit were much friendlier than the office staff. We have had no trouble with the unit's performance.
On the downside - The contracted Electrician used foul language all the time, damage was done to our home, and the contracted Electrician also did not install a light in our roof - we were told this was required by law and we paid Rite Price for this installation, but it never happened.
After numerous attempts to contact Rite Price management, they ignored us and we never heard from them again. Very disappointing.
