Really happy, down to earth, friendly, charged me exactly what they said they would on their quote. Easy to contact, returned me calls quickly. Professional but i felt like my conveyancer was my friend by the end of the transaction.

We recently purchased our first home and had no idea what we were doing and we were really quite scared. I rang up for a quote and spoke to a lady called Donna who said she is the manager and she was really down to earth and friendly. She explained everything to me so I could understand it and told me exactly what i should do. When I told her I hadn't signed the contract yet (as I was nervous) she offered to review it for me free of charge. I sent it off to her and she very quickly called me back and she made a lot of the alterations that she said would protect me. After that the seller accepted our officer and everything moved along really quickly and smoothly. With our personal paralegal's guidance, we easily organised everything we had to (pest and building inspections and our finance approval) and a week before the settlement went through, all the figures and money was sorted out. It was great to have it sorted nice and early so we didnt have to worry on the big day. Our settlement was perfect and we moved into our dream house the next day. Could not have been more easy. Very happy customers. We have recommended some of our friends to them also, and they said they were pretty happy as well.
