This gallery is in the middle of Berri, just west of the central roundabout on the main street. It is housed in an old stone building, that was apparently originally the old Irrigation Office.
When I was there the other day, it appeared that they were doing some work at the front to put in ramps for wheelchair access to the gallery.
There are several rooms in this gallery that were displaying a nice range of mainly local paintings and other works, including some jewellery and needlework. There were some interesting cheese boards made from old wine bottles, melted and reshaped, and some wooden sculpture pieces.
The prices werent too bad, there were pieces from about $25 up to several hundred dollars.
A friend who visits the gallery regularly told me that they have different exhibits here, changed every couple of months or so, he thought.
They are open 10am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
