We were in Waikerie for lunch while visiting the riverland over Easter. This place does the BEST hot chips I have ever had!! Service was very friendly, and the chips and chicken bites we ordered came out quickly. Reasonable prices too. I still can't get over how good the hot chips were though, I wish more takeaway places cooked their chips like here. Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy in the middle. I look forward to another trip to Waikerie just for the chips from this place again!

We ate lunch here yesterday and it was amazing. Hamburgers with the lot that were fresh, hot and you could barely get two hands around them. The restaurant had the air con going so it was lovely and cool inside while we ate our meals. Chips were lovely, crisp and hot, delicious gravy and huge variety of food available. The
service was first class. Will definitely be stopping here again.

We call in here on weekends a get take away. Hot chips, container of tasty gravy and dimsims. In summer when it is so hot the drinks from the fridge are really cold and always well stocked. The staff are friendly I just hate being served after they have had a smoke.

Really good fish and chips from here. I ask them to cook a little bit longer so they are crisp, no problems with that. They make really nice gravy and the milk shakes are pretty good here. The ladies are friendly and the place is always clean.

Huge shop, always clean, which is good. Love the crisp chips from here. Sometimes a little too salty. Always have to ask with only a little bit of salt and even then they still put too much salt. We are calling in again this Saturday, so see how it is then.Fish isnt too bad. Staff are always freindly. well worth a visit.

I go here when i feel like the best chips, cheese and gravy ever. It is so good my family and i buy it then walk the short distance down to the riverfront and enjoy. They also do some really good stirfrys somenights. Most of the staff are very friendly, there has been a couple of times that the chips werent cooked so we ask when we order if they can cook the chips more and they werent happy about it. Apart from that its usually a wonderful place to eat.

Abit of a wait but when the food comes out then the wait isnt an issue. The general service is great and you know you have come to a good place. The area is clean, no compliants here

I'm a regular customer at this cafe. It's a ittle further away from the main street than the other cafes but certainly worth the effort if you have time to spare. This cafe sells the best hot chips in Waikerie and great pizzas too. Service can be a bit slow sometimes but well worth the wait. They sell convenience goods aswell so it's handy. You can even get your fishing tackle here!
