I still come in here to get my ear candles. I now take some vitamins which have improved the way I feel. The staff lnow what they are talking about and dont tell you things to just get sales. The spend time explaining the benefits and ingredients of items

I always have trouble with my ears and am not supposed to use cotton buds. It was recommend I use 'candles' I was told I could get them at Riverland natural health. I went in there with absolutely no clue. I had never been in a health food place so this was all very interesting. I now go here once a week to buy organic foods. If you are not sure about anything, just ask. They are so helpful. I am yet to try the accupunture
