very disappointed when you see product on TV they look awesome but once there items look sub standard, have bought only twice as they were specials but not quality items
There HO provides regular emails about specials and free member offers. You have to join their free Member programme and you get a plastic card and key ring tags. Staff helpful and shop well stocked.
