Admin staff were rude and uncaring toward some patients including myself whilst others recieved high customer service and smiles all round. I was judged and taunted due to my financial status and made to jump through hoops because i was recieving my treatment through the SA dental health sheme. I cancelled one appointment due to ill health and because of that i was ridiculed on the phone demanding i "commit" to my appointments. Out of 7 appointments i only cancelled one and from that time on i was subjected to bullying and cold shoulders. It was so uncomfortable in the end i spoke up and left my treatment unfinished. Since then i have spoken to family and friends whome all have had bad experiences with this clinic.

My whole family goes to Riverview Dental Clinic and I like the friendly, country feel. They are professional but make you feel at home and relaxed...I wouldn't say it was an enjoyable experience because who likes going to the dentist? But it was much better than other dentists I have visited. The price is average, but if you have private health extras its good.
