From start to finish, they were very helpful, in assisting us to make a choice and installation was on time and prompt, From start to finish was about 4 weeks. just one minor problem which should be rectified this week.

Had some dealings with Justin. Although i was away and things didn't go to plan he was communicating the whole time & very respectful in my slight change of mind. A decision was made obvious not in the best interest financially for him or the company but acknowledged the outcome i was after & followed up appropriately like a real understanding genuine person. I had problems getting a company to install a roll a door at the rear of my property as it is on my fence line, not within a structure of an existing garage. I called around and it was suggested that RJ Garage Doors could help.
And help they did.
A guy named Josh came the day after I made my enquiry and he arrived to quote on the door the next day.
I didn’t want to paint it so Nosh asked me what colour I wanted and he said, no problem.
The price was very competitive and I agreed to go with them.
I was given a time frame for the installation and it suited me as I had a couple of things todo on my side before the installation.
As it turned out, the installation happened when I wanted it to and “WOW” what a great job they did.
My house is now so much more accessible from my back lane and all of my friends can’t believe the difference.
Either can I.
I cannot think of anything more that they could have done to improve the installation and we are so happy with the work that was done.
Have since found out that the price was better than I had anticipated.
