Had some dealings with Justin. Although i was away and things didn't go to plan he was communicating the whole time & very respectful in my slight change of mind. A decision was made obvious not in the best interest financially for him or the company but acknowledged the outcome i was after & followed up appropriately like a real understanding genuine person. Not money hungry in this day & age was refreshing.

I had problems getting a company to install a roll a door at the rear of my property as it is on my fence line, not within a structure of an existing garage. I called around and it was suggested that RJ Garage Doors could help.
And help they did.
A guy named Josh came the day after I made my enquiry and he arrived to quote on the door the next day.
I didn’t want to paint it so Nosh asked me what colour I wanted and he said, no problem.
The price was very competitive and I agreed to go with them.
I was given a time frame for the installation and it suited me as I had a couple of things todo on my side before the installation.
As it turned out, the installation happened when I wanted it to and “WOW” what a great job they did.
My house is now so much more accessible from my back lane and all of my friends can’t believe the difference.
Either can I.
I cannot think of anything more that they could have done to improve the installation and we are so happy with the work that was done.
Have since found out that the price was better than I had anticipated.
I would recommend RJ Garage Doors to everyone.

Highly recommend RJ Garage doors . I have used them before and was treated professionally then and the same this time. Always on time , provide a great service , leave the place clean and tidy . Very friendly and a great help on the phone . If you have a problem it is never a problem to help you out .

Dealing with the manager was great and RJ Garage Doors was very helpful.
When it came to the installation - we got told someone comes in the morning, that person got sick, which of course happens and RJ Doors organised to get an installer the same date.
What we didn’t appreciate was that the installer cut our membrane at the rear of the laneway to install the garage door.
He hasn’t even tried to ring the bell or call us letting us know he is here and needs access.

Second installation was required for the beams - other installer rocks up and notices that the beams were not left in the box with us.
Took them one week to be back.. again, another person who told us different things.

When it came to payment, they clearly had an urgency compared to finishing our job properly.
