Whole process was very efficient. Replacing our roller door involved overcoming a "space" problem. RJ worked out a method to overcome this problem and everything worked well.

They started our roller door in feb and still not completed. Justin Costello looks for any excuse as to why things havent been completed and even trys to knock off 200 dollars off the bill if you except things that are not safe. Now they won't even return calls. Gutless incompetent staff, pay more to another company and save the hassles

Do not trust this company. After paying $550 to change springs and bolts were told I needed a new $1400 motor. Another company came out and said the motor was fine. Reconnected the power and is working perfectly. Rang rj to complain to manager but he has been too busy to return my call.

I would not recommend this business. I had them come to service their automatic tilt door which was shuddering and charged me a $149 call out fee. No problem with that but when the exact same problem occurred less than nine months later, and I asked them to come and take a look at it, they said not unless I paid another $149 call out fee. I explained that I thought this was unreasonable and suggested that they at least offer a discounted call out fee. Still the answer was no. Said I should have called within three months of the service. If I had a problem within three months, I would have. Really disappointed in their service and would strongly recommend against using them.

We had a technician come out for a general service and after this, found the garage door not quite working as did it before.
When we called to express our problem, we were told it was our motor was in 'poor condition'. We were never told this by the technician and it was already in 'poor condition' before without having this issue before the service. So much for warranty, I'm sure this is in breech of ACCC guidelines.

We thought we needed a new motor for the garage door. Nathan was honest as he cleaned the door first rather than racing in and replacing the motor. This has helped increase the life span of our existing motor and saved us $$$$. Thanks for your honesty Nathan!

Above and beyond with service!! Everything from measuring to choosing the door was no hassle. Details explained which a 'lady' could understand!!!! I would recommend RJ Doors to anyone. I had a manual garage door converted to automatic. The service was excellent at all levels. I received a phone call prior to the day to confirm and another call on the day about an hour before. The fitting was quick and very professional and a full explanation of all work was given. Highly recommend.

$650 for full service & replacement of old motor on panel lift roller door. Quality workmanship, service staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Office staff are really efficient. Great customer service! Would not hesitate to recommend these guys and will use again in the future if required.

My car was stuck apparently I had a broken spring, they turned up the same day just hours after I called, well presented and extremely professional, I felt completely comfortable having them in my home. Good advice on maintaining the door and, after researching other companies prices, they didn't rip me off. They clearely use superior motors and parts and knew a lot about our door just by talking to them on the phone, before anyone even came to look at it. Supply and installation of a garage door opener. They not only phoned to confirm the day before, but phoned when they were on the way. The work was professional and well carried out. This has to be the best service I have ever. After completion the technician spoke me through everything and offered some advice. Very friendly and very neat.

I had an accident in my family's home garage by reserving my car into the garage roller door which was not fully opened, so I rang this company to see if they come out and fix it.

I was very pleased to be advised by phone that someone could come to the home within the same day.

The garage door was fixed and all was good. Overall I was happy with the service received.

Hopefully I will not need this company again - as I will not have any more future accidents!!!! But if I do, I will call them again as they are locals.

Roller Door fitted to the entrance of my drive. the door is fitted on steel upright beams between two brick pillers.a canopy is fitted over the roller door. The quote through to the finished job was very proffesional. Not the cheepest but I am happy with my choice. Highly recommended

They had to re-align our garage door so it wouldn't jump when closing. Took the technician quite awhile to adjust right, but nothing was too much trouble for him.
