We order the Gather dining table and bench seat from Sydney they sent us a sample of the timber.
We were nerves not seeing the table but when it arrived it just looks amazing in love with it. Solid timber is so lovely.

Both the Embrace Rattan cabinet & Rattan sideboard are stunning in my lounge room and perfect with their wide-opening doors making storage so accessible and easily visible, so you don't have to pull out the items to the front of the shelf (to check what you put in the rear of the cabinet for example).

The Mantra black TV/entertainment unit and sideboard are excellent quality and even better than the pictures online. All 6 pieces of furniture I bought are beautifully made and more than lived up to my expectations.

I'm seriously considering going back to the store to choose my dining table & chairs and one bedside table.

Those sideboards and entertainment unit sure are heavy though. I'm glad I got the VIP delivery with the men unpacking all that packaging, screwing legs and door knobs on and moving the items into my tiny apartment. The 2 delivery men positioned them exactly where I wanted them.

The store readily gave me a credit when I returned the overly large cushion I'd chosen which was completely wrong for my armchair.

I am very fussy and have high expectations of any purchase, let alone furniture.

Just read the first review and sorry to hear this person has such a bad experience. Perhaps written in a moment of stress or anger when there was some terrible mixup or miscommunication resulting in the incident? Errors can happen in any aspect of our lives and the important thing is to move on.

I can't praise the R J Living service highly enough.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a rug off their website and I then get an email stating they can't proceed with the sale unless I give them over $1000 more! No explanation. No sorry we stuffed up the price. Just give us more money. Honestly I thought it was a massive scam and still not sure it isn't. But don't worry everyone their own T&Cs that they wrote for themselves cover not having to go through with sales if they don't like the price you have paid. Terrible people. Terrible business.
