I recently placed an online order with RM Williams and am so impressed with their customer service. They were very friendly and helpful and even reduced the postage cost by almost $5 so I could use up the whole of the gift card I received. They sent out my parcel very quickly. The quality of the clothing is great.
I love RM williams stuff, The prices are a bit high sometimes, but the items last. I haven't ordered online as yet, but I'm glad your experience was good. I do prefer to see things in the flesh but the illustrations on the website may just do it justice.
