Terrible service. Closed account 20.1.20.still waiting for my refund. Told it takes 5 weeks. The $40 deposit for return of tag should have been immediate, but no Im still waiting for a $90 refund. Poor business practices.

I have had no amount of satisfaction from this company in my years as a customer. It's no use ringing the call centre because if you have a question that is off script they dont know how to deal with it. Very rarely use the toll roads now because their service is so poor and even with registered cards linked to etags they still enjoy overcharging because their computer has made a mistake. Website is slower than dial up when it was first bought out many moons ago .... Disgraceful all round and because they have the market they are not interested in sorting out any complaints big or small.
