I sacked this agent after a year because they failed to renew my tenant's lease on expiry -- simply let it lapse to month-to-month without consulting me. After changing agents I walked through my property and spoke to the tenant. The tenant thanked me profusely for changing property managers. She told me that Roberts had treated her badly. They never responded to her requests for repairs, and she was going to move out. That would have been a shame as she is a great tenant and keeps the place in spotless condition. No thanks to Roberts that she is still there. Luckily I sacked them in time.

Highly professional crew here. Roberts have been managing my rental property for the past 18 months and have doing an amazing Job. Regular property inspection reports are mailed to me every few months and rent is never allowed to lapse. Great communication with me regarding maintenance required. Highly recommended.
