I have had many eye fillets in my time ...from many great butchers..,however their eye fillets(especially wrapped in garlic butter!!) are to die for ..definitely a step above the rest!!!remember to remove cling wrap from the outside of better before you cook it!!

I walked into the butcher and was so impressed I could not leave without buying something..I couldnt make my mind up, I bought the best tasting lamb kebabs and a chicken, avocado and camembert parcel that my daughter (who is the pickiest eater) did not want to end. I cant go back and see whats there next week
