I was with this bank for 2 years, i dont know why i just didnt go to ANZ sooner. These guys rip you off in fees, wouldnt recommend banking with this financial institution.

All general banking and all enquiries for a home and or investment loan, they are just so happy to look after you and explain everything in easy to understand language. They look after their older customers very well and explain opening accounts to children in a friendly manner. The ATM's are also user friendly
