If there was an option for NO stars I would use it!!
So this rear-end happened to me on 14th Dec 2023. I took it to Rockingham Smash Repairs (RSR) on the 20th Dec. Was told it could be fixed (under insurance) and they were just waiting on parts …. finally had enough on 12th March!! Negotiated with insurance and took it to another repairer having to restart the quote process. RSR were RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to me, telling me I would only have the same problems elsewhere. They were wrong! New repair quote means car is a write off because RSR DID NOT EVEN LOOK UNDER THE CAR OR IN THE BOOT AT THE EXTENSIVE DAMAGE, they just quoted on body work!!!!!! Such bad service! Such dangerous practice! Such rude and entitled behaviour!! Do NOT use Rockingham Smash Repair!!!!! Ever!! #rantover

I’ve been there many many times over the years with cars from $49,000.00 value to $330,000.00
Every repair has been perfect every time.
Polite respectful receptionist and staff.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else. ️️️️️

Rude receptionist and owner.
Repairs take very long time and quality of work is very low.
Gaps between body panels are supposedly industry standard.
They had to rectified repairs 3 times before I gave up.
Do yourself a favour stay away even if recommended by insurer!!!

Took our car there for an insurance job. Someone reversed into the front of our car in a carpark. The car needed to have the front bumper and driver's side headlight fixed. Instead of replacing the headlight assembly, they simply glued together the cracks. As a result, it has a poor light beam and allows moisture inside the assembly. I know for a fact the headlight assembly is readily available through auto suppliers.

i took my car in with a damaged guard as an insurance claim. They did all the dealings with the insurance company apart from the initial claim form. I thought this was good until the go ahead had been given to them and I was told that it they would need the car for eight days. Eight days to repair one guard. When I picked it up I found a less than impressive job but decided not to take it back because I didn't want to wait another eight days. Also to pay my excess I could not use a card be it credit or eftpos.
