The second because it does a high quality job in terms of presentation, service and execution.
So if you few like a slightly more upmarket experience to go with your burger, then definitely head to Rockwell's and get a nice drink along with it too (they make some creative soft and hard drinks inhouse). Another plus, is that the food is great value - for $10 a burger, this beats a lot of the other burger places in town, especially considering that you get table service and a pleasant dining sit down experience.
