Noticed on the rod valenz website that they have moved to a new location based in Hawthorn. Made an appointment via the online form and heard back within the hour to schedule a time. the new store is on church street, hawthorn...amazing building, very exclusive appearance and easy to find a park. I was here to design a new ring to reward myself and after entering felt like i was in the right place. My new ring is a one of a kind design built just for me! love it!

The team at Rod Valenz are fantastic! They helped me design the perfect engagement ring that my fiancee cannot stop looking at. I didnt know a thing about diamonds or rings before going to see them but now I have a great understanding about diamonds. Seeing the jewellers work on the premises was fanastic. If you are looking for an Australian made masterpiece this is the place to go.

I only have one word to really describe my experience at Rod Valenz Jewellery ‘Unprofessional' About 4 years ago my husband and I were looking for an eternity ring for myself after the birth of our daughter. We walked into the Knox store and was not even greeted my Mr Valenz himself, he didn't even look up from whatever he was doing at the front desk, he completely ignored us. Being the only two customers in the store we felt not at all welcomed and didn't bother to ask for any assistance and left. Being unsuccessful in find the right ring for me my husband and I continued searching over the next few weeks. We then saw a beautiful ring in the front window at Rod Valenz store and better yet it was on sale, we then purchase the ring. Unfortunately I four years later have lost that ring after losing weight after the birth of my child, I foolishly did not have the ring resized. Very upset I went back to the sore in the hope that they would able to replace it or even show me something similar. I was served by the same women who originally sold me the ring, she advised that the ring I purchased was a brought in by another supplier the sore no longer uses but was going to see if she could still get me a quote. That was 2 months ago, I have not received a call or an email to say no we cannot get that ring for you but…. Something called customer service, a simple thing but very effective if you want a positive review. I strongly do not recommend this store and if they are only interested in high end business why are they at Knox City in the first place.

Amazing friendly service and superb high quality work. Rod was able to repair a very special piece of jewellery for me and did amazing work. Cannot recommend enough, if you need someone you can trust, this is the place.
