This was my local pool shop for years. They have always been friendly and helpful and straightforward. They talk you through what needs to be done and offer practical advice. They are not pushy. Worth the drive even now!

The guys here are fantastic, I took down a sample of my pool water as it was very green, they tested it and instead of trying to sell me. Every chemical in the shop to fix it they gave exactly what I needed in the quantity that I needed and told me that if it didn't work they would send someone out free of charge to try and sort it for me, but no need for that my pool was crystal clear in a week and it didn't cost a fortune,

Very expensive and unscrupulous. Never ever use again. I had used them to service my pool and bought many items off them over the years - customer service is dreadfully lacking - they have gotten worse in the last 10 years.

Dealt with Rode Pool Services via phone/e-mail from Melbourne - excellent service, delivered what was promised in a timely manner. Customer service of an excellent standard which made it a pleasurable business transaction.
