NO!!! Driver of CT 031 picks up people who push in!!! Ridiculous!!! Would give negative stars if that was an option!!

After waiting hours for a local Swan taxi to pick us up a guy from Roebuck taxis saw us and stopped on the side of the road to offer us a lift despite his shift ending. Very friendly guy and didn't even charge us extra for going out of his way after hours to help us. The fare itself was pretty cheap too!
