Nothing overly special, but food has plenty of flavour and lots of fresh products available. Prices are acceptable. Good friendly service.

Good place for a cuppa and scones which is exactly what I have had both occasions I have been there. They give just enough cream and jam for two generous sized scones

Billy Baxters have a fantastic menu, lots of healthy food and also some yummy treats. The all day breakfast is great. It can get a bit crowded as alot of mothers groups seem to meet there during the week. The food is great though and served quite fast. Good prices also and I love that the sandwichs and wraps come with fruit!

Approximate cost: $15

We have always enjoyed (name change -same owner) ROGUE VALLEY for years now folks... when we are in Penrith Westfield Plaza. Food always great and service to match. The owner and his team always look after us.
Edited April 6th, 2013 to mention that place is now known as "Rogue Valley"
Still as good as ever.

Approximate cost: $20

The seating area is not very impressive and it feels crowded in there. However, the food is great and the service is good too.

this cafe is located inside westfield penrith. the service is ok. the atmostphere needs to improve as its quite dark and very noisey and needs to be blocked off from neighbouring shops. the menu is good and offers childrens menu and high chairs. reasonably priced menu.

Quite expensive but the food is freshly prepared and there is a excellent variety available. Great for a brunch on the weekend. The portion sizes are generous.

Very pricey, but well worth paying for. I've never eaten here without being served really quickly, and the food is always delicious! I'm a fussy eater and often ask for food with modifications from the menu, and they're always prepared my order exactly as asked. The waiters and waitresses are all friendly and patient.
