My car was serviced on 11/09/15.
I am very happy with the outcome and high quality of work done.
The staff were most professional,
courteous, helpful and polite.
I was very pleased that the work was completed in one hour so I did not have to make another trip to pick up the car as well as not being inconvenienced by not having the car for use by leaving it there for several hours.
An extra bonus was the car being vacuumed and washed as well.
I also appreciate the advice given to me regarding some work that needed to be done in the near future.
A very big thank you to all staff for their good work.
Thank you all staff involved.

I have purchased 10 new cars from this dealership, they have always met the criteria when purchasing and trading cars. We currently have 2 Mazda 3`s , one neo one sp20 luxury. As i do 45000km a year the cars are maintained by Dave and the boys in service, no issue is too hard to resolve. I would have no hesitation in recomending Rolfe`s for sales , service and any motoring requirement. When purchasing the last car i had some very specific lighting requirements, no issues , no fuss just had the car taken up to the prefered auto electrician who fitted some amazing led lights into the bodywork, and had the car ready when promised.

I put a newly purchased used Mazda into this service department requesting a complete service and correction of a cold running issue. The first time they took the car they misdiagnosed the issue. They then held onto it for one week. On receiving the car back i found it was pinging under load and there was no change to the cold start issue.

I called the dealer principle of the Rolfe motor group and explained the disapointing events had taken place. After checking the story from his side he dismissed my experience with comments allong the lines of your car is old, buy a new car, which as you can imagine did not impress me.

I then took the car to a recommended local auto mechanic who informed me that the ingition advance was at 15 degrees (5 over stock) which would almost certainly have resulted in engine damage. They also corrected an injector O-ring leak which Rolfe failed to diagnose. They freely admited they were uncertain of the cause of the cold running issue and offered some suggestions on who to take it to next.

At this point it was clear that i'd been lied to by the service department manager at Rolfe, or he didn't know what was going on in his own workshop. The work was incompetent, and customer service is clearly optional to them. One final note was that the loan car i had prised out of them for use during the week they held my car left me stranded with a flat battery (was on a disabled permit at the time due to physical injury).

As a qualified mechanical engineer who has worked for many years in a large car dealership and has significant personal experience conducting major service work, i would advise you to stay away from them, you can do far better elsewhere. A person not so knowledgable about cars might well have suffered serious engine damage for thinking they could trust the Rolfe Mazda service department.

Car running better than ever in 2016. Conducting the bulk of servicing work myself these days. So much that 'buy a new car' advice eh? Consider who's interest the dealer principal is pushing. Dealerships like to pressure you to trade your car in for a new purchase asap. When you consider the price depreciation on a new car, it's a big price to pay for a new car smell and the latest andriod/iphone connectivity. Recommend you save your money for true innovations like electric or fuel cell based cars.

As a VIP customer i have had my cars serviced there for over 12 years. Dave and the boys always give the right advise and the cars are always ready when promised with all work carried out to spec.

I've used this service department since buying my Mazda 2. the guys are great and make sure what needs to be done is done. Very helpful staff that explain everything for you and the car is always clean when i pick it up.
with early drop off and a pick up by 5.15pm makes it easy for me to have the work done.

...And they also have courtesy cars available for you to use during the day if you prebook it with your service.
