I am completely lost when it comes to technology including cameras and memory cards and printing my own photos from the self service computers in all photo shops nowadays. The staff here did not make me feel stupid for having no idea about how to print photos. They were extremely helpful and produced great photos for me. They went through the self service computer with me step by step and did not get irritated with me despite my lack of knowledge.
