Romano's Smash Repairs

I was disappointed in the repairs and service, got my car back with heavy road noise, damaged interior on my driver's door.
I was hit from the back and they put back the damaged number plate with 2 different screws. Overspray on my back lights. Not even called me to advise they will not replace number plate, at least I can buy new one. I will not recommend :(

They didn’t even put my car back together properly. Maybe they’re only used to repairing low value cars where the owners don’t really worry too much as long as it’s driveable. I had to visit the main dealer who fixed the things they hadn’t put back properly and didn’t charge me a cent. I certainly won’t be taking any of my vehicles to Romanos ever again

I recommend this service. The staff are helpful and friendly. Most importantly, they do a great job. I had a back end repair. After fixing, there was a small problem with the boot not closing (latching) properly, but it was a minor adjustment that took maybe a minute or so.

I went for a quote and they were extremely helpful, giving loads of advice and help. I phoned them a week later for another matter and they were again very friendly and helpful.
Highly recommended.

I had my partners car fixed here after I was in an accident which severly damaged the vehicle. The whole front end was damaged. The work they did was excellent, you can hardly tell it has been in an accident. They completed the work in a reasonable time frame and the staff were generally pretty good.

i have a hotted up car, and i find it hard to find a panel beater who will take on the job... i have all the extras on my car, and this is one of the few places that will help to locate a new (not used) front bumper and bonnet that is not standard...
the canningvale and willeton brach are owned by the same guy i think and i have been to both and they both do a decent job on my car...
