Unfortunately, we struggled from start to finish having repairs carried out on our home by Roo Roofing. Every aspect of the job from having our tiled roof repainted, timbers, sofits and gutters replaced show obvious signs of poor workmanship. After having them return a number of times we have been left feeling disappointed and defeated. Every new item replaced show obvious signs of touch up work and an attempt of repair. We tried witholding payments until all this is corrected but that resulted in us being penalised by the terms and conditions of the contract and having to pay a further amount in interest even though the job itself went overtime by more than 7 weeks.
Unfortunately, we won't be forwarding on any recommendations.

November 2017 - Roo Roofing replaced our roof with a new colour bond roof, replaced the guttering and fascias and removed asbestos. The Carpenters then replaced some rotten wooden boards with new made to measure ones. The work undertaken has been completed to a high degree of professionalism and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for roofing and carpentry work. The staff could not have been friendlier and kept me up to date on all timeframes and progress of the work

We have dealt with a lot of tradies while renovating our house. Very few of them of them would we use again. Roo Roofing replaced our old roof and gutters and installed insulation. They were professional, and returned calls in a timely manner. We had a tricky roof, my husband was very fussy about how they did things, and we were happy with the final product. That is not to say the job went perfectly, there were a few hiccups (mostly with one particular subcontractor). However the Roo Roofing staff were helpful, happy to listen to our concerns and to work with us to resolve them. I would use them again if I needed another roof in the future. They were a lot more professional than most of the other tradies we have dealt with.

In September 2015, after about 5 years of deliberating, we finally decided it was time to take the plunge and have our 50 year old cement tile roof (and gutters) replaced with Colorbond steel. After sourcing a number of quotes, we commissioned Roo Roofing to do this work.
We are delighted with the outcome and would certainly recommend this company to others who might be considering a roof replacement or restoration. Our neighbours from across the road tell us it looks like we have a brand new house, and we agree.
Roo Roofing provided us with a competitive price, top service and a fantastic looking roof. Nothing was too much trouble and employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was clear this was a company that was experienced, interested in client service and delivered quality work. As well as the actual work itself, Roo provided appropriate contract administration from the office which highlighted to us this company was the right one to use. Roo offered a lengthy warranty period on the work too which was another tick for us.
The roofers themselves work hard in the hot sun. I had a chance to meet these workers on a few occasions as I headed to work in the morning and they were always polite and friendly. They were proud of their workmanship.
We did have a storm during the project, which did make us nervous as the roof was only half on. Damien, Ben and the boys ensured that the roof was secure and all went well. Any concerns I had, were always squared away by either Matthew or Damien. If that required a site visit, then that’s what happened. Matthew and Damien were always contactable and quickly returned calls when they were not immediately able to take the call. We felt very confident in accessing the appropriate staff at any point if we required an update.
Replacing your entire roof is a big deal so you want to choose a company that gives you confidence. The building industry can be fickle.
Roo roofing is a fair dinkum roofing company who are friendly, experienced, professional and reasonably priced. They do great work.

My roof was particularly difficult. Roo Roofing was confident and comfortable with the challenge.

We had repairs done on our roof such as sealing and screws. They said this would fix the leak in the roof - well everytime it rains it still leaks in the same spot. They are quick to chase money off you but when you try to get a response from them about what was done, what was fixzed and why it is not working it goes quite. Girl on reception needs to learn how to get back to people or pass messages as that is half the battle. Would not use them or recommend anyone to use them.

Replaced our old tiled roofing with Zincalume, installed insulation, gutter guard and roof vent. Roo Roofing were one of the few companies I contacted for a quote that actually showed up, on time if at all, and promply sent us a written, detailed quote. There was no hard sell and time was taken to explain things clearly and answer our questions. Everyone we had contact with were friendly and courteous. We were kept well informed of progress and they were flexible in some difficult weather conditions and coordinating efforts without complaint.

Good service, price etc. but not great however they were far superior to any of the other roofing companies (and there were a few) that we had anything to do with on this occassion.
