Got sns done, she only did one base and two colour, I had to ask for a third layer of colour and then she only did one too coat. They broke after 5 days. She also cut and filed my nails really short after I said I wanted them them trimmed a “tiny bit” Terrible quality. Sns is meant to be 3 base, 3 colour coats, a clear dip coat and then at least two top coats. So they are meant to be thick, when I do my own they last 3 weeks. The pedicure chairs are also really uncomfortable and tiny to try and manoeuvre your feet for the huge lights they use. The workers aren’t friendly. Waste of money.

Said they can do ombre nails, so I was happy for them to go ahead, what I got for $70 was embarrasing. Not happy!

I usually come to this nail bar but yesterday the service from one in particular guy was horrible, he did not give me the colours when I first started and when he asked what colour I wanted I had no idea so when he finally gave me the colours he was very pushy trying to hurry me up within the first minute of choosing, then he got up to the counter to be on his phone while I was choosing to text someone back when he shouted tell me when you are done from across the room which I don't believe is very professional. Once I chose the colour he decided to do the shape of my nail which he could have been doing instead of hurrying me up and focusing on his phone. Once he shaped my nails he decided that a text message again was more important so I had to wait till he was finished texting back. Then at the end he did not make clear the cost. He was talking with his face mask cover his mouth so I couldn't quite catch what he was saying after asking him twice he said don't worry so then I had to ask him how much it was. Never had a service like this and I will never go back to him. All the females in the store were lovely.

Up till the last 2 visits I have been more than happy but after todays visit I will not be going back. Took a photo in and there were 2 different colours on the nails plus silver metallic stripes across the nail I got one colour and some gold glitter stripes. Nothing like photo. If they couldn't do what I wanted why didn't they say?

I had a gift voucher for a spa mani/pedi. I opted to upgrade to a shellac nail color and they charged me an extra $60. They did a good job but I thought it was a bit expensive for the upgrade.

Staff are nice although english not great, very reasonably priced & very quick service, nails are done really professionally & last. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Rose Nails since their opening (approx 3 years) I wouldn't go anywhere else. A full set of french toe nails and fingernails = approx 1 hour, fantastic service. No appt necessary. In all the years I have been going to nail technicians this is the only place that I have never lost nails. FANTASTIC JOB! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED *****

Been having my nails done here for year and half now. Pricing good, staff friendly at times, but not good english. Sometimes cousins work there (males) and they speak great english, and are great at nails. Annie and Anna are both good at their work.
