Excellent customer service. I went in because a friend told me they got some shoes that fit well from Rosenberg Shoes. I don't find many shoes in size 15 normally so I'm glad I was able to stop by.

Oh how I love having a shoe shop to go to where the shoes actually fit!! As far as I'm aware this is the only decent shoe store in Melbourne for those with larger than average feet. The service is top-notch, lovely ladies. The website could do with being a bit more user-friendly, up-to-date, and informative - but it is improving.
