I had purchased a Groupon voucher for an eyebrow wax and style. When I arrived to the appointment (approximately 10 minutes early), Rosie was in the middle of completing a manicure and training a new staff member. While I waited for manicure to be finished, I overheard Rosie bad mouthing an ex employee to a customer. I was finally seen for my appointment 10 minutes after my scheduled time. During the treatment I was made to feel like I was terrible about my beauty routine and she was very pushy selling her other products in the store. I also did not feel comfortable in the treatment room as she kept the door open and people could see in to the treatment room. Overall it was not a pleasant experience Rosie was pushy, unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be going back.

Rosie is a pure genius with eyebrows. I've been with Rosie for at least 10 years now. Sometimes I stroll up to the salon much before my appointment time and she is very accommodating. She quickly looks after me and gives me very professional advice on how to improve my appearance. I completely forgot about my appointment the other day and she slotted me at a convenient time. Her staff are very friendly and courteous. I love what Rosie does to my image and will continue to patronise her salon.

Not a great salon. Management has made me feel very uncomfortable by the way they speak to their staff. Customers are left waiting for a long time and are treated rudely. Once I went in for a 'half price' spray tan but left with half a tan because I was told the same amount of tan isn't applied.

Rosie is number one when it comes to eyebrows! I found Rosies beauty through a group buying site couple of months ago. My eyebrows have grown so much :-) since I firstly come to the salon. Rosie is amazing! She always quickly looks after me, gives professional advice on how to look after my eyebrows and on how to improve my appearance. I admit that also her attitude made me to come back and become a regular customer. Rosie is very strong personality, though some people might find her a bit tough. She is full of energy :-). She is an experienced professional and eyebrow treating is her big passion. What more she is flexible with the time sheet and I have never had a problem to reschedule my appointment. She has taught me how to apply a make-up and how to use some other cosmetics products. I fell in love with Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics Rosie represents. Anytime I am leaving her salon I really feel cheered! :-)

I love this salon! I have been a client of Rosie's for eight years and have always been treated in a professional manner by Rosie and her staff. When it comes to eyebrows Rosie truly is gifted. I would say she is a perfectionist. Her staff give the most incredible facials, the best I've had by far - and I've had many in my life. I have been a regular customer of Rosie's for many years. My first visit to the salon was for my year 10 formal, for which Rosie did my makeup - and did an amazing job. Through Rosie I have learnt many things about makeup application. She has also always managed to do a wonderful job shaping my eyebrows. The staff at the salon are always very friendly and polite, I always feel extremely welcome and wouldn't choose to go anywhere else.

I have always found Rosie's to be very good, All staff are very friendly, professional and extremely attentive. I feel nothing but welcome and relaxed from the moment I walk in the door. Being in a service industry myself, I fully understand having to manage to a schedule and that one late appointment can throw out a whole day, so I don't mind at all the reminder texts or phone calls or having to pay if I miss an appointment. Actually, I congratulate Rosie and her team in the sensitive way they remind me of appointments. I have also noticed that other businesses are doing the same thing as they all manage their busy clients.
