I purchased a pair of sunglasses from another major retailer. A small screw became loose and neither the retailer nor their optometrist would repair them. I made several further enquiries to the US vendor and no one would replace the screw. Ross Brown at Tuggerah did!!! Brilliant customer service

I would have to say this is the best optometrist that i have been to and i don't see myself going anywhere else.
