Ordered and paid in full plus delivery $1,100 of a Cortland Rocker in Xanadu Cordovan fabric on 20 November 2020. Was advised by Adam at the Frankston/ Dandenong Store that delivery would take between 20-22 weeks (i.e. March 2021). Was advised delivery would be after Easter. This is now 4 weeks later (May 3, 2021). No followup from Adam. Complete silence. Really disappointed that a company of this repute has let me down. Will I ever see delivery of my Recliner?
