I occasionally take a casual boxing class at round 1 fitness the gym is set out great and the boxing classes are very energetic and fun the instructors are very helpfull and the music they place really gets you going. Great place to work out individually or in a class

Round 1 Fitness is a boxing fitness gym and gee it gets you working, it is so much more enjoyable than going to a standard gym. They spar with you, you can get one on one and it gets your whole body cranking. It's only about $10. You can also do these fitness obstacle type courses which are also fun. Highly recommend this place for something different
