Vague quote, over pricing after ( there are always extra payments show up during the shop fitting period) and still not doing the job properly. The office people have no customer service and no willing to communicate. Talking beautifully. Once signed up the contract, extremely hard to contact in any people who are responsible. The materials/products they using are bad quality, found so many troubles afterward. Overall, not thinking on the customers' side but trying to grab more money from them. Pay a fortune but not worth it.
