Cafe and general store in one. Solid breakfast offering mainly frequented by locals who seem to have a real affinity for the cafe. Good friendly atmosphere.

This place knows what its doing, its always packed no matter what time of day. It's a great go to place for brekkie or lunch. Even a weekday the crowds don't die down, a must try!

Entering this place will make you nostalgic of a time before the millennium years. It is and feels like the old cornerstore, milkbar cum cafe. From the placement of objects, furniture, sounds, atmosphere etc.
The food is not ingenius or breathtaking, but it is reliable and ok in value. Service is acceptable, to the standard you would expect from a place like this.
Quite a novel experience, but probably would not go back. Personally the novelty of slightly absent service + traditional food at ok prices is not enough of a drawcard factor given that this is not my local.

This place is small and always busy so sometimes you have to wait but its worth it. Their toasted bacon & egg rolls are sensational. Good coffee and milk shakes too. Very quirky little cafe.

Very kitsch little cafe on a quiet street in Richmond, just off Hoddle. Fantastic decor and environment, service was fine, not amazing but by all means satisfactory. Menu didn't seem particuarly extensive, but my mushroom and fetta omelette was basic and yummy. Excellent coffee

this is a neighbourhood secret. great food, great coffee and great service. its easy to see why it is always full in the mornings when walking past. even better is that it has WIFI. old skool breakfast with the modern touch.
