The service at this hairdresser is exceptional. It is relatively easy to book an appointment at short notice. The price for a haircut and colour is definitely a lot cheaper compared to other places in the same locality. They are quick so you are not having to sit in the chair for hour on hour.

I went to this hairdressers to get the regrowth of my blonde done . When she did my regrowth she commented on how strong healthy my hair was. For some reason she ran bleach to the ends of my hair and when I got hone it was snapping. Over the next fewq days it got worse.Eventually I had to have my hair dyed dark to let it grow, it was so bad that my hair snapped off all over to about 1.5 cms ( from about 20 cms) Upon contacting the hairdresser she would not take any responsibility and I was asked not to come near the hairdressers again Very appalling treatment for a customer that had been going there for about 6 months.

After spending a week going from hairdresser to hairdresser trying to find someone experienced enough and willing to take on a 2year old's first hair cut I finally came across Rowson & O'Connor and they were wonderful.
The girl made my son feel very at ease, didn't push the situation, understood that a child isn't going to like this very different experience. She made him happy about the haircut and thats great, now I don't have to dread the hairdressers next time for him.
