Receptionist Anita needs to do a course in customer service, she shouldn’t be the face of any business. If this wasn’t a doctors surgery I doubt she would be employed.

Doctors are not the best at this clinic. Good place to go if you need a quick script, doctors certificate or quick problem. Located near stud park shopping centre. They do take people who dont have appointment.

Only good for a doctors cert. Doctors are always running late, and when they are they try to push you through as quick as possible, once to the point that I was no longer allowed to ask any further questions.

Although the Doctors are usually running late, you can ring ahead to see how many are in front of you in the queue. They give you an approximate time in which you should head over. The Doctors are AMAZING..the friendliest I have ever met. Even when you are feeling at your lowest, they can make you feel good again!

good because you get bulk billed during the week but always running behind with heir appointments even if you are the first appointment its like they slip people in before the appointments start

At this doctors surgery you will be waiting, waiting, waiting and waiting. Even when you have the first appointment, one doctor is always late by about 20 minutes which is so frustrating. The doctors are good however but can not keep to the appointments.

Very good service and great and helpful doctors, most of the time they are running behind but not by a great deal of time. Receptionist is hard to understand over the phone, but easily get use to it, its just a quite phone
