Bought a voucher for this place and had the most disappointing experience. It took a week to get through to them, once I did and made the appointment I turned up at my Thursday 3.30pm appointment and they had closed!! Kept trying to call but never got through. Took me half an hour to get out there across the city. They called me the next day and said my appointment was booked in for a different, random date (at a time and date that I would never have made because I work in those hours) and that I missed it and had to void the voucher??!! Because bookings are made over the phone it is simply my word versus theirs. They refused to listen and were so derogative and rude. I would sincerely encourage people not to waste your money or time on this place and if you already have a voucher - whatever you do, get your appointment in writing. Be Careful!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this business. I booked an appointment for a 60 minute massage, the staff was extremely rude and the massage was painful and poorly done. The staff's finger nails were long and kept cutting in and when I asked if staff could be more gentle, staff just sighed. If you are looking for a massage, I would certainly invest elsewhere. It was the worst one i have had.

I had a wonderful experience. My hair looks great, for my photo shot. Now everyone will see how great - this place really is. I will be back & I think everyone near Stafford should come & check out this great place.
