Have been to Royal Park Medical a few times to see Dr Magda and have always recieved good care. But the receptionist Meg Twentyman really needs to work on her tact and avoid cutting off patients when they are speaking with her and talking down on them. Absolutely unprofessional phone manners on more than one occasion from her.
