I booked the big truck and 3 men to move 4 bedroom furniture and got email confirmation. They didn't show up in the morning. when I rang at the midday, the owner, Mr. Royal said to me: I don't have truck today. It's your problem. We don't have contract with you! Then he hang up his mobile and wouldn't pick it up after.

My husband was working far from home. I have young kids in Kindy on the moving day. Everything has been packed up and the day has been arranged. I'd wanted to cry, but I have to ring around immediately and paid much higher price to find someone to help the moving with only less than half day left.
