I was using this organisation under the NDIS program but it didn't last long at all. Some of the staff are fine but [redacted personal identifier] is just horrible. I had used their services on 2 seperate occassions and it was fine, but one of the staff had left and then all of my contact details and history was deleted. [redacted personal identifier] was very rude saying that I had never used their services and never even existed. After having 2 meetings with [redacted personal identifier], it was discovered that they were deducting money from my account without providing any service. I would never recommend this organisation to anybody.
