This store sets the bar for exceptional customer service. I was after a particular Calvin Klein dress that had sold out on their site. I called them to see if they could get anymore in but they weren't sure. The next day I get a call back from the merchandise manager to let me know that they can import one for my direct from the USA! Since then I have continued to buy from royaltag and I have always been impressed with their fast delivery, and the best part is you don't pay a cent for shipping :)
