I seek advice with Ian, last week in regard to our unsuccessful attempts in retrieving our overdue( over 90 days) amount of $2530 from a Real Estate Agency for carpet laying. There was not enough funds from the landlord account and the property management team were irresponsible, inefficient and unperturbed to our regular and continous attempts of getting paid!! I was at my wit's end.
After 2 days of sending a letter of demand, purely from the advice of Ian to the particular property assistant, we finally retrieved our payment in full.

I contacted RP Emery to assist in the start to finish process of a de facto financial agreement. The website was easy to follow and explained all the steps in enough detail to understand what was expected. Once I had purchased the document template, I received daily emails including tips on how to correctly fill out the document and there was always the option to call or text Ian if I had any questions.
