Absolutely the worst service ever. Took my car in to get "free quote", as this shoddy company advertises, after being rear ended. Was told by [redacted name], one of the workers, that the car was probably a write off. I asked him a number of times if i could get a quote to know exactly where I stood as I was unsure whether it would be an insurance or cash job to which he told me "just wait and find out first". Three days later I contacted him again and advised it would be cash to which he said "We're really busy now. It would be an hour and a half of my time doing this quote for you and we wouldn't even get the job. It's not worth my time". Well [redacted name], you've just wasted an hour and half of my time.
