Pet insurance, I chose this company because of the contribution they make to the animal shelters but I am really disappointed with the service, I had an enquiry recently re my claim and over a period a week I want able to contact them by phone. I just getting letters saying that the claim could not be processed. Be aware that during the first month of coverage most procedures are not covered. I will definitely be though-rally doing my research when my policies is up as customer service is important to me when I'm paying for the top cover available.
