Ive been to rubys a few times, not happy at all with the "service" i received, i was talked down to like i had no idea what was going on, my food was cold and i waited over 45 minutes for a pick up order

We have had a couple of pizza home deliveries from Rubys. The very first one which was a while ago was really good. The last two we have had really need improvement. I don't understand why they place massive amounts of tomato on their bases it make the pizza really sloppy and they need to cook them a little longer especially when you have salami as one of the toppings. We also order their schnitzel parmas that are really good although when you ask for chips instead of the garlic potatoe stuff they have, your told "we don't do chips". What place doesn't cook chips for crying out loud, anyway I hope they read this because we won't be ordering from them again.

Have not dined there, but frequently use the delivery service.. they deliver alcohol too.. but that is a bit pricey. Others have said that the pizza is pricey, but when you actually look at what you get for your money, I find that Ruby's is simply the best. I think their prices are more than reasonable, the food is lovely, we don't just get pizza, we order a variety of things. Last night I got a cheeseburger pizza, and this is my new all time favourite.. sure there are other cheeseburger pizzas out there but this is the only one that actually tastes like a cheeseburger.. it has chopped pickle on it.. and that makes all the difference. You can order and pay online too, although ordering on the phone is never a problem the staff are all friendly and easy to understand. The delivery drivers are really nice too. I would highly recommend Ruby's.

Pizza's are really good. Staff are nice and friendly. Pizza is costly a bit but it's worth it. I would go there again.

I was here recently for a family outing. The service was good; always waiters around to assist our every need however the coke tasted flat; and my meal I ordered was very annoying as I had to disassemble it (I ordered the seafood pizza) with each seafood on top; however I had to break off the prawns' parts you not supposed to eat, and also the mussel shells. It was very frustrating as I just wanted to eat it, but had to wait until I had made it eatable! Not going back here again.

Love Ruby's, a bit pricey for take-away-pizza but worth it on quality and service. Had a lovely lady take my delivery order who was helpful and patient. As always, very tasty and the toppings on the pizza are generous and of a very high quality. Highly recommend the Melton Pizza!
