I rented through RUN for 12mths. During that time I contacted them several times about issues with the property and failed to receive any response. I left voicemails and emails and in the end contacted the landlord directly to get things organised.

When I left, I was royally screwed around. They didn't hold the viewing when they said they would originally. I cleaned everything and handed everything back, went for the final inspection. It took 3 weeks for me to get a bond claim form sorted. Despite me calling them every few days, they stated they never received any voicemails, and that they sent me three copies and they all must have gotten lost in the mail... interesting seeing as I received all my other mail.

Very frustrating never getting a hold of anyone on the phone, and constantly leaving voicemails to no avail. In the end it took me physically going into the branch and demanding it be sorted out immediately that it was done.

I'm not the only one who's had issues. three other tennants in the same set of units had massive issues getting hold of them and getting bond claim forms returned. I would not recommend them, nor will I use them ever again. Poor form and not how you treat tennants who've been perfect, paid everything on time and also handed keys in early and left the place cleaner than it was originally moved into.
