We rented through this company and found them to be pretty incompetent. We had paperwork go missing or doubled up, details not changed on new leases, unanswered requests for return phone calls. The receptionist leaves much to be desired and should at least TRY to be friendly and understanding, instead of curt and dour. (Not everyone is out to ruin your day.) I did have one problem resolved after writing to the manager of Run Property in Brisbane but I was disappointed that I had to write to the 'big guns' to get anything sorted out.

Simply the worst real estate I have ever dealt with. They don't return emails or phone calls, the receptionist treats renters rudely and the only time I was ever able to get any maintenance completed was when I escalated issues to management.

The yard was overgrown to the height of the fence when I moved in and the condition report stated that the yard was neat and tidy. My mother and I had to clean the inside of the property before I could move in as the condition of the interior was far from clean.

The person performing one the 3 monthly inspections arrived at our home and even though the front door was open and the screen door locked proceeded to let herself in. When challenged she simply said that she had every right to let herself into the property because she was there to inspect it. As for the inspections, if you are going to have your privacy invaded every 3 months, then the least they can do is actually inspect the property. During all the inspections that this real estate made over the two year period, not once did anyone go to the rear of the property to ensure it was being looked after. The garage and upstairs were only ever inspected twice during this time as well.

After vacating, I then had to ring them and leave messages (again) to even get the paper work for the refund of my bond.

I will NEVER rent through this company again....EVER
