This store is a bit too small and the staff make me feel slightly uneasy. As soon as there are more than three people in there it gets a little claustrophobic. I always feel maybe I should apologise for wanting to buy something as staff always look like they have been interupted from doing something more important than taking my money. I will continue to only go here if I'm already in the building as there is a better range and more pleasant atmosphere elsewhere.

YOU'LL BE LUCKY IF YOU GET NOTICED BEFORE CUSTOMERS ARRIVING AFTER YOU. STOOD UNDER OWNER/MANAGER'S NOSE FOR 5 MINUTES OR MORE WHILE SHE WAS TALKING TO COMPUTER TECHY AND HER ASSISTANT WENT OFF WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS BEFORE BEING ABLE TO PAY FOR NEWSPAPER. NEEDED ANOTHER SERVICE AND WAS BEING IGNORED SO WENT TO SIDE OF COUNTER NO ONE WAS STANDING IN HOPE OF BEING NOTICED. WAS NOTICED AFTER A WHILE AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE WITH ME IN A MOMENT WHILE THEY SERVED SOMEONE JUST WALKED UP TO THE COUNTER. WHEN POINTING OUT HAD WAITED ON THE OTHER SIDE AND HADNT BEEN NOTICED I WAS GIVEN A DIRTY LOOK AS IF I WAS THE RUDE ONE. NO APPOLOGY WAS EVER OFFERED ESPECIALLY WHILE I WAITED TO BE SERVED WHILE STANDING NEXT TO THE COMPUTER TECHNICIAN. ONLY REASON WHY I CONTINUED UNTIL I GOT WHAT I NEEDED WASNT GOING TO ABLE TO GET TO ANOTHER NEWSAGENCY ON THE DAY NOW I AM GOING TO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO AVOID THEM.
