Just had my house floors redone. Russell James Carpets did a terrific job - looks great. I was very happy with the prompt service.

Full, of excuses, terrible installation, stole our money, will not fix anything under warranty! Seems like we are not the only people they have done this to, I have seen countless bad reviews on the installation of floorboards. We will be taking this matter to court, Save yourself the money and stress would not recommend Russell James Carpets.

Beware of this company they take your money and do not do the job properly! We now have a uneven floor throughout the whole house, no refund, no repair just bad luck that they did s terrible job. We now have a lengthy and stressful VCAT application to go through to try and recover some money. The quality and workmanship is below average I would not take the risk.

I had floorboards installed with this company when I built my house. During the build one of the boards was chipped and I needed the company to come out to fix the issue. Their Customer service was terrible, I had 2 appointments scheduled which nobody turned up to. On the 3rd appointment they arrived 5 hours late. No phone calls to let me know what was going on, I had to keep chasing them and the whole process took months to resolve.
